We took a look back through the archives to find that Rangers were just one goal away from matching a record held by Celtic.
While this list only includes matches since the inception of the SPL, there are also results after the SPFL rebranding.

The biggest Scottish top flight win since the SPL inception in 1998. Gary Hooper scored a hat-trick in a match which also featured three penalties and a Josh Magennis own goal. Dons boss Mark McGhee lasted just two more games.

Rangers fell just one goal short of equalling Celtic's record as Sunday's result goes down as the second largest win in the top flight since 1998. Doubles for Roofe, Aribo and Tavernier complemented strikes by Barker and Arfield

You knew Hamilton were in for a pummelling when they went 3-0 down inside 20 minutes and Leigh Griffiths hadn’t netted yet. He went on to claim a hat-trick with Rogic, Lustig, Bitton, Forrest and McGregor competing the rout.

Maciej Zurawski found the back of the net four times and even Neil Lennon netted a late goal. Petrov, Hartson and Maloney were also on the scoresheet for the eventual champions with the Pars consolation coming from Andy Tod.
