LiveScottish Football LIVE: Rangers star's ADMISSION, pundit savages Celtic, Hearts starlet to join League One side
It has been quite the season already in Scottish football. The Premiership began back in August, while the lower leagues have only just commenced. But on and off the field there has been plenty of action.
This weekend Rangers have the chance to extend their lead at the top of the Premiership to nine points over rivals Celtic. After good results in Europe, the Ibrox side are concentrating on the league while Neil Lennon's men go in hunt of the quadruple treble with their Scottish Cup semi final against Aberdeen.
Before then Hearts and Hibs will contest a Championship-Premiership Edinburgh derby at Hampden Park for a place in December’s final and possibly the only bragging rights of the 2020/21 season, even if the game is from the previous campaign.
We will have all the latest from around the SPFL throughout the day as it happens, including any transfer news which pops up.

Nthcam accused of ‘downing tools'
Talksport host Alan Brazil hit out at Celtic’s set pieces as well as Olivier Ntcham and Shane Duffy.
He accused the Frenchman of having ‘downed tools’.
Brazil also said: "Duffy has struggled, the big fella since he’s gone to Celtic. He wants too much time on the ball. I don’t watch every game of Celtic’s so it’s only the games I’ve watched. Liven yourself up, he wants too much time on the ball.
“Set pieces for Celtic are garbage, they’ve got to work on set pieces.”
Best defence - Balogun
Rangers centre-back Leon Balogun reckons the Ibrox defence is the best he ahs been involved with.
The Nigerian international has helped Steven Gerrard’s men keep 14 clean sheets in 17 games so far this campaign.
He said: “This is probably the best defensive unit I’ve been part of in my career. It sounds odd because Wigan got relegated at the end of last season, but we had a good run of clean sheets as well when we were trying to stay up.
“I think what we’ve done at the moment is something we can be proud of as a team — but the season is long and there’s no need to get carried away."
