Revealed! The dirtiest Scottish Premiership teams of the season so far

Scottish football is nothing if not full-blooded, and this season has proven to be no different.

Even without fans in the ground, the tackles have been flying in with the usual frequency and ferocity, and some sides have the rap sheets to prove it.

The Scottish Premiership has already seen 225 yellow and 12 red cards this term, but the distribution of those offences has been anything but even.

As we head into another – genuinely massive – international break north of the border, we’ve ran the numbers* to determine who have been the dirtiest, and cleanest, sides in the top flight so far this season.

*Adhering to usual booking point rules, we’ve administered 10 points for every yellow card and 25 for every sending off.

A dismissal brought about by a second bookable offence is worth 35, with only one yellow counted towards a side’s total.
