'That's the team that beats Rangers 7-0', 'phenomenal team', 'Hazard is a concern': Celtic fans react to team to face Ross County
Neil Lennon has named his Celtic side to face Ross County in the Scottish Premiership on Wednesday evening.
The Parkhead boss has named four changes from the starting XI which faced Hearts in the Scottish Cup final on Sunday, with Leigh Griffiths making his first start since October 22 and the 3-1 defeat to AC Milan.
Here’s how the Celtic support reacted on social media:
@DanManCelt: “Soro, 2 upfront, hazard rightly retains the keepers role. Let’s batter these f****** and end the year on a footballing high run of wins.”
@yahmpy: “Hazard a concern, hopefully the nerves have steadied a bit with his good form in the shootout. Please help the kid out by putting two on the posts when necessary.”
@CelticOK: “Phenomenal team. Can’t believe it’s taken until December 23rd for Lennon to play Griffiths and Edouard together.”
@marcusgrahamm: "I see soro I see a win, I see turnbull I see balls past the first man, thank you Celtic.”
@katedunbar61: “Two strikers its beginning to look a lot like Christmas oh my days.”
@Allthingscelti2: “That’s the team that’s beats rangers 7-0.”
@AlexAnd52368255: “Give Eddie till half time and if no show get Klimala on for second half.”
@lawelloutnow: “Thats not a bad lineup. Needs to reign in the discipline of when the full backs push up We get caught with both up the park all the time. Both have the pace and stamina, there just needs to be better communicating and intelligence.”
@AllanRonney: “Can’t believe what I’m seeing in these comments, virtually no 1 moaning, mon the hoops.”
