Scottish Football RECAP: Celtic 4th after late win over Dundee United, Steven Gerrard sends Morelos STRONG message, Accies of the bottom with derby success
All the latest from around the Scottish football, including transfers and today’s action from the Premiership
It’s game day in Scotland with four matches this afternoon and plenty of intrigue. There’s a Lanarkshire derby as Motherwell host bottom of the table Hamilton Accies looking for their first points of the season, Rangers host Kilmarnock looking to bounce back from a disappointing draw with Livingston on Sunday and inconsistent Ross County travel to Jim Goodwin’s St Mirren side who are off to a good start.
But perhaps the most interesting fixture of all takes place at Tannadice. Celtic are back in action after their Boli Boligoli inspired hiatus and they will face a tough test in Micky Mellon’s Dundee United side who look well organised and hard to beat.
We will have live updates throughout the day and from the match in Dundee which kicks off at 5.30pm.
