While Celtic and Rangers may be done with European action for 2020, the latter is back in midweek action once again with their trip to St Mirren in the Betfred Cup. It remains to be seen whether Rangers will have Alfredo Morelos available for tomorrow night’s clash with the SFA compliance officer studying footage of the controversial incident involving Dundee United defender Mark Connolly during the 2-1 victory for Steven Gerrard’s men at Tannadice on the weekend.
Before that there are two games taking place tonight with Hibs travelling to Alloa, who dumped out rivals Hearts, and Dunfermline hosting St Johnstone. Livingston host Ross County in the other quarter-final encounter.

Lennon told to ‘take the blinkers off’
Charlie Nicholas has said Celtic boss Neil Lennon must “take the blinkers off” when it comes to Scott Brown, insisting the club captain cannot start the Scottish Cup final against Hearts. However, Nicholas says the skipper should still be given the chance to lift the trophy if the Hoops win.
