How the Celtic players rated in comfortable 2-0 victory over Ross County
Ratings out of ten for the Celtic players who helped the reigning champions defeat Ross County
Neil Lennon’s side have made it four consecutive victories after defeating Ross County 2-0 at Celtic Park.
The Hoops were comfortable for the majority of the match, especially after David Turnbull gave the hosts a first-half lead, converting a Jeremie Frimpong cut-back.
Chances were missed after the break to put the game beyond doubt before Leigh Griffiths marked his first start in a couple of months with a goal, heading excellently back across Ross Laidlaw.
The Hoops remain 16 points behind Rangers but still hold three games in hand and are building up some momentum prior to the New Year clash between the sides.

2. DR - Jeremie Frimpong - 8
Would have been a 9 or even a 10 based on the amount of times he roasted the Ross County defence. But other than his assist for the opener his crossing was poor.

3. DC - Kristoffer Ajer - 8
Back in the centre of defence but should his usual ability to drive forward with the ball and was commanding in defence.

4. CB - Christopher Jullien - 7
Could maybe have done better to stay closer to Ross Stewart at an early chance but was fine overall.
