How many of these players can you remember making a similarly sharp exit from their clubs?
1. Du Wei - Celtic
Arrived on loan from Shanghai Shenhua and made his debut in a Scottish Cup tie against Clyde on 9 January 2006 only to be hooked after 45 minutes and never seen again as Gordon Strachan's side succumbed to a shock 2-1 defeat.

A high-profile signing for Mark Warburton in the summer of 2016, the controversial former Man City midfielder lasted just eight games before having his contract terminated following a training ground bust-up.

4. Walter Rojas - Dundee United
The Argentinian winger is a cult figure at Tannadice despite making no appearances. Signed by Jim McLean (pictured) for a reported £200,000 in 1991 to much hype only to depart three months later having been deemed not good enough
