Coronavirus in Scotland: 222 new confirmed cases of the virus across the country
The First Minister recorded the latest figures at her press conference from Edinburgh.
There have been 222 new confirmed cases of coronavirus across Scotland in the last 24 hours.
Out of these positive cases, 54 were in Lothian and 53 were in Greater Glasgow and Clyde.
There are 122 people in hospital with the virus, and 16 patients in intensive care.
No deaths were reported.
The weekend saw over 1,000 positive cases of the virus confirmed, with Saturday alone reporting over 700.
The First Minister has warned that the weekend may have made the results lower than expected, but as 222 was dramatically lower that previously though, Ms Sturgeon has asked Public Health Scotland to look again at the figures.
